The Innovation Partnership (PA DCED) Social networking comes to new product development with Quirky. Registered members can submit ideas and have them evaluated by the community and Quirky staff. If a product idea “passes” with enough votes and support from staff, presales begin. Only if there are enough presales does a submission actually get put into production.
